ISLE OF MAN CAR HIRE?

Hi Peeps,
Im taking a family break (4 people) to the Isle of Man, flying over in late October. I would like to hire something more interesting than the Fiesta/Mondeo/Galaxy type all the hire companies seem to only offer. Anyone got any tips for soemthing more suitable?

I've only lived here for the past year but I'm not aware of anyone renting anthing 'interesting'. In all honesty IMO it's not a great place to drive a car hard. The vast majority of the roads simply dont have goon enough sightlines to get up any real speed and the mountain road, although it's de-restricted and well sighted isn't actually that great a drive. I'd stick with the Mondeo if I were you!
