Can Anyone Recommend Me Some Cycling Insurance

I've looked in Cycling Weekly and only one company advertises in there to insure you for what may happen while you're riding and that's Velosure.

Does anyone use them, or someone else?
What premium do you pay?
Are they good with claims?

Have insurance through British Cycling. not needed it yet but the reports are that its a pretty pianless exercise and I like all the other benefits that BC offer (like a race licence!)

Joined British Cycling now seems there's lots of other benefits not just insurance. Recommended to a friend today.

Bringing the topic back from the dead instead of starting a new one.

My daughter and I go out on Saturday spins up the local cycle track (route 43, Swansea) on our mountain bikes.

We're gradually building the distance up, currently on about sixteen miles, not bad for a six year old.

Is the information above still valid and is the British cycling "ride" membership correct for us?

If you're after 3rd party insurance then "ride" will cover you. If you want cover for your bikes then check if you're covered by your home contents insurance as specific cycling insurance is horrendously expensive.

Thanks, just third party needed, "fully comp" insurance would probably be more than my bike cost new.
