Does anybody know of a company that car disable the pesky 155mph limiter? I found it to be most restrictive on the Autoroutes on the way dowm to Magny Cours!

Apparently these cars are good for another 20mph or so?

Hi,
Most aftermarket chipping companies remove the limiter as a matter of course when remapping M3s. Somewhere like www.bmsport.com, Birds or West Tuning should be able to help.

I think most M3s should be good for 170mph.

Hi! I´ve got an AC-Schnitzer de-limiter box used in my EVO last year. I keep the instructions book and the TUV german homologation docs. Very easy to install, a really DIY work following the instructions in german and english. Email or PM if interested in it. BTW, I saw 290 kph on the speedo last year (283 with GPS devices).
