Flying around Chicago - a few pics.

Just spent a couple of weeks in and around Chicago. I learnt to fly here 20 odd years ago, so I took the opportunity to get back in the seat. Here's a few pics flying around the city. In parts You have to stay about 1100-1200' agl to be below O'Hare airspace. That puts you lower than some if the buildings. Just fab!

Not the same without Meigs Field.

Flight Sim 98, 2000 etc used to be ace with Meigs as the default flight.

I landed there for real in 1990. You can't land short!
