Insurance for driving on Nurburgring?
Discussion
I keep toying with the idea of a Euro trip and I have always fancied a visit to the ‘Ring.
However, driving on the ‘Ring is specifically excluded from my TVR policy unless it’s part of an organised track day session.
Websites like this put me off too:

For those that have done the ‘Ring – what did you do (or not do?) for insurance?
Also, has anyone gone just to watch the action? Was it worthwhile?

I went and got specialist insurance for the weekend, cost @£200 but well worth it. You tend to carry a huge excess but focuses the mind
Search track day insurance on google, there is a specialist place in London who trade in Lloyds I believe (who's name escapes me currently)
Its fun to watch but you'd be mad to go and not drive it, even taking it easy it's still a great experience having all sorts zooming past you!
Cheers
