Two spoke Alloy Wheels...

So walking back from work, and see a car with large probably 19 or 21' inch wheels, but it just had TWO (albeit quite large) alloy spokes?! - I remember the three spoke wheels, (which were about as cheap as you could get if memory serves), but I've had a search on google and can't find any reference.

Anyone else seen these? I assume must be a one off commision job?
