I never feel thirsty althought I never really drink anything, maybe a couple of cups of tea/ coffee per day. Is this normal? Am I dehydrated?

Very odd! I sit in a very dry environment at work too and still no effect! Maybe I was a camel in former life.

I think anything other than slightly off clear pee is classed as being dehydrated.

Yep, pee should always be clear to very light yellow.

For a second I read that and thought, 'don't you get them on your feet?'

I'm the same, I can go for days only drinking like a few mouthfuls of drink each day. If I deviate from this I find that I seem to need a piss every few minutes. But yeah unless I feel thirsty I find it very difficult to drink anything.

I rarely feel thirsty and can go a whole day without a drink. A large kidney stone has since taught me to drink whether I'm thirsty it not!

The majority of your water intake in a normal day is via food.

IIRC you need about 3ltrs of water a day which food and the odd drink easily covers,

Do you have the signs of dehydration?
