OPC ones have definately gone up even though they are not selling. The ones at indies are in the low 40's again not selling and again no price adjustments.
The ones under £50k I went to look at were in poor shape
I think this is the thing as cars get older. Everyone expects them at the bottom end price but in top end condition. Worst car I ever bought was an old 5 series that was cheaper than anything else on the market. Ended up being fThe ones under £50k I went to look at were in poor shape

Okay maybe Dove House are not so good then. I haven't bought a car from them personally, but have visited them on a recommendation from Fearnsport - who used to prep some of their cars for sale before they had their own workshops. They seemed pretty straight to me but we all have to make up our own minds of course.
I found that the cheaper 997 TT's were indeed in poor shape. I gave reasonable money (over £50k), all be it several thousand pounds cheaper than the OPC may want for a tidy 20k miles 2008 Manual with the right spec from another PH'er on here. As others have stated the car is now at that age where it needs some money spending on it, if it hasn't had the spend already. One thing that surprised me was the actual lack of physical spend or maintenance that some owners showed with their cars that were for sale.
