I'm hoping to buy one next year for a Bulldog or two. The one's I've peered in to look roomy enough. N.B. I'm talking about the new shape one.

I'd be surprised if not.

Pretty sure I've managed 2 labradors in the boot of a 2000 VW Polo before, never mind one!

Just don't open the boot while it's in there if it belongs to Dr Schrödinger.

My mates Mum carries a Labrador in the back of a MINI Clubman with no problems, whilst a friend used to carry two in the back of a mkIV Golf hatch. I could quite easily manage it in my 207, so I'd imagine a 1-series would be a doddle.

You lot are cruel! I bought an estate with tinted windows so my Lab stays cool and has oodles of room to sprawl out in after a long walk biggrin

My lab goes in the back of my lasses 206 and my Clio.. Quite a lot more room in the Clio but the boot of the 206 is still bigger than his bed!

1 series, no problem.
