unable to create a classified advertisment

Hi.
am unable to create a classified advertisement. I have logged in to my PH account successfully (wemorgan), when I click ‘submit advert’ it takes me to ‘create advert user’ page.I complete all the fields but on then submitting the page it simple returns me back to the same page but with all the fields blank and no messages as to why. Any thoughts?
