Cheap Tuner, is it worth it

As title ive seen an Arcam Delta 280 Tuner on ebay going cheap, this will match my delta 290 amp, which ive owned since new, jesus that ages me, is it worth a buy or are we going digital on Radio as well.

AM/FM is going to be around for a while, depends really what stations you like to listen to. The ones I like are only on DAB/digital so I have two FM tuners sitting in my loft.

Shame...they are a wonderful sounding piece of kit and work beautifully with your amp. BTW, I took one in to the ARCAM factory and had it serviced for an amazing £40! Sweet as a nut!

Bit late for the original question but a decent FM tuner will sound fantastic - even through modest equipment.

The older Delta and Alpha kit was very well engineered. Keep an eye out on fleabay for other example.
