Could a Cerbera be mapped to run E85?

Replace injectors, fuel pump and possibly fuel pressure regulator. There may also be an issue in terms of fuel lines and fittings (in fact I'd put money on it!) not being E85 safe.
I suspect you'll have to jury rig some form of piggyback computer to allow additional cold start fuel or dual map when (or if) the UK switch between summer and winter blends.
You'll also get a 30% higher fuel consumption.... and I wouldn't expect much gain (if at all) in performance.
