Well, what a brute of a course!
Did the full 112 mile route with the GF as she's entered IM Wales in September and man was it tough!
The last couple of hills around Saundersfoot are a right killer. My suspicions are their course profile is wrong too, they estimate 5600ft but actually looks more like 7600ft!
All in all though had a cracking weekend, event very well organised and supported. Would recommend any of the events to anyone and will very likely be there again next year.

Couple of mates did it who are in the IM Wales later in the year and said the same thing about the cycle course. Something of a brute. Would have been interesting to have to do the marathon straight after...
Also sounds like a swine mentally if you were in a group for the first 71k then all but you stopped to do the final 41k loop on your own as they were doing the shorter option.
