Breakdown cover in France?
Discussion
So, having never ventured abroad in the Cerb, thought it might be prudent to get some breakdown cover for the trip to Le Mans. Does anyone have any recommendations, as really looking for a company that will repatriate without hassle. Can't see the average French garage fixing any thing on a TVR!
Just done the Tuscan with Mannings today cover for a year £76 I have had to use this in the past so would not go without it. As for the French fixing it the transporter driver who returned it to my door said he brought back a Lamborghini in three bits a garage had decided they could change the clutch

Last time I did this, I extended my Norwich Union / RAC cover to include Europe.
Broke down outside Boulogne and the low loader guy came out and thankfully decided he couldn't fix it. Ended up a hire car for the duration and repatriation via ferry. We travelled with TreVoR all the way to home.
The extension cost me about £20 because it was near the end of my insurance year, so I effectively paid for 3 months of cover. Best £20 I've ever spent!
