Track 'n' Road Dyno Day

Gave Track n Road a call today to see if they would do a dyno day for us. Spoke to one of the Steves and he was very helpful and informative. He basically said he would be happy to do one, but it would need to be on a Saturday and we would need a minimum of 10 cars (max 15). Cost is £40.

So this is basically to gauge interest and make sure we have enough before I start looking into and booking a date.

So to get us started:

Not sure Mr Yellowshed will be available but while I will not want to go on the dyno I'm happy to come down for a chat

Maybe if we get a date sorted it would be worth asking him. He tweaked my map when I first got my car and it made it much nicer to drive.

TuxMan and AverageMPH, was hoping people would come along whether going on the rollers or not. So the more the merrier.

My engines now running on the motec ecu so I got loads of mapping work to do before I can do any meaningful dyne runs.

Happy to slap the m5 on the rollers tho, so could out me down as long as you don't care which car I out on lol

Well in that case, I'm bringing the Rover 75 as well.

I've got no problem with other cars coming and I think we are going to struggle to fill the 15 spaces with all Nobles anyway.

Oh yes,picked up a mate and his wife in it on Saturday, who I haven't seen for 5 years.I'm sure his first thought was I'd been hit by the credit crunch.Nicely tucked up in his cart lodge was a 2012 997 and a 2012 Full Fat supercharged RR. His wife sitting in the back said "why on earth do we spend so much on cars when we could have had something as lovely this for 2300 quid"
I didn't give him an easy night.
Not sure the rollers are going to be up to 177BHP of quad cam V6!

lol..very comfortable cars be in i must admit...i am of the same mindframe on this one, i remember sitting in an auto 75 with ivory leather and thinking ..hmmm its a nice place to be..
I think the only downside is they refuse to pull back the cones for the VIP parking when you go to club Dolce..
