If we're talking about the underground car park that was beneath Place de la Republique, then yes, I thought it was removed as part of the rennovations a few years ago. May be wrong though.
The Car park was there last year. I think that the google maps picture was taken from a few years ago when they put the tram system in. Must be ok there now because that is where scrutineering was held this week...
