I can't go, so am making myself feel better by planning 2013

Title says it all really.

I am trying to sooth my by bitterness at my absense by planning a bigger, better event for next year.

Where abouts are the best places to lurk/pre-book/reserve pitches and the decent sites (Houx, Maison Blanc etc) and when the best time to start looking is.

Advice welcome...though I fear I may now be waiting until this time next week for answers.
