Preparing an Presentation for interview

I have been asked to prepare a 5 minute presentation for an interview on friday. The email I recieved states that it needs to be a paper based presentation but I am not sure what they mean by that. I rang the company and the women dealing with it was not sure what one was either and just told me to go and look it up?
This is what it said in the email
'The interview will take approximately 50 minutes and will consist of a
series of competency based questions and a short presentation from you.
I would like you to prepare a paper based presentation, which you should
plan to take about 5 minutes to deliver, to address the following:
Present your thoughts on the current UK construction market, including
any current trends and issues and predictions on future trends and
issues'.
I know what I want to talk about but I'm not sure how they want me to present it! Any ideas

5 mins? that would barely get you past the introductions! However I can see they are testing you in written and presenting work, so worth showing them what you can do.
If it was me I would put together a fairly high level 2-3 page handout with the title and your name on the front, and a couple of pages/slides with headings and a small amount of bullet points with key facts which you can talk through in more detail if questioned. Maybe include a nice picture of an unfinished block of flats, or a picture of a sad, out of work builder on the front, and to be more useful, a couple of graphs showing building output over the last 1-5 years? Then a closing slide at the end for any questions.
Just remember 5 minutes is nothing, so stick to the headings and key points and don't overfill the slides - you do the talking and the slides act as pointers and support key points.

I got the idea that it would be purely verbal with no slides!
