Hi I am relating this from my dad as he is banned on here. Obviously take the door panel off and take the window glass out, take out the window rubbers that run up the inside of the window channels. From memory he thinks there are some screws behind the front channel holding that side of the quarter glass on and you have to take off the strip at the base of the quarter panel where it sits on the door. He is not sure if there are some more screws on the front of it where it meets the door but he says as it becomes loose you can tell where it is still fixed.

He says the hard bit depending on the condition of the chrome strip is getting the short screws that hold the strip on from inside the door panel only accessible when the glass is out. He had to drill everyone out which was a pain, the chrome strip runs the full length of the top of the door and is cut out to run around the front quarter light frame so be careful you don't bend it there do not be rough taking it off as they are no longer available to buy new only places like Grubblelogger sell them 2nd hand in good condition if you are lucky.

Here below is a pic of ours which might help with this let me know if you are having problems and I will speak to him.
