building a racey speedster,ive got my iva next tuesday at edmonton london,and stting my self is this normal,ive being building it for three yrs now,biting the bullet if it fails at least i know what to rectify,wish me luck

Paul at Edmonton is a perfectly fair & reasonable guy - if he fails it, it will be because it doesn't meet the requirements rather than because he doesn't like the car or your aftershave! & I'm sure if it does fail, which many cars do at first attempt, he will be able to recommend ways to rectify the fail items, but let's look on the bright side & HOPE FOR A PASS!

Plan for the fail and work with the tester to get his recommendations as to how to fix each item. It is their policy to use the same inspector for the retest so if you do what he suggests you should pass next time.
