Just hit the back of a car at 5mph whilst joining a roundabout. Damage is purely fibreglass and a respray on the left wing and bonnet but my pride and pocket is hurt. Just booked the car in for a service so on the bright side it's a shiny, serviced and MOTed car.

  • It happens!
We can't be perfect all the time. A large scotch helps.

I'd only booked it in for a service 30 minutes prior. frown

It will be off to S&D as soon as possible to be ready for its service in July.

Oh well a front end re-spray will always looks good. Glad it was slow speed and every one is ok. A nice cold beer will also help smile

Things are already in motion for an early repair and I should be ok for my service booking in July. My insurance company has been really good and im feeling a whole lot better this morning than yesterday.

Had two lambs born this morning to what I was told was sterile ewe, which brings it all in to perspective.

The car will come back from S&D looking better than when I left the factory, so don't feel bad about it. Once you see the car, you'll be pleased it happened.

Update:

The cars being picked up tomorrow by these guys http://www.autorefinishing.co.uk/ . They have some serious history with TVR so I'm filled with 100% confidence. Track V Road are doing the oil cooler that's now leaking.

It's back and looking fantastic. Just needs MOT and service and a few miles put under its wheels.
