Spotted in Harlow

Light blue pearlescent Cerb LW (well, it had the multiple lights on the front so I assumed). Nice colour.

No, it was definitely a pearlescent-looking blue. It came out of, er, the road opposite the back entrance to the hospital, and went straight on at the next three roundabouts.I turned left at the third roundabout. And it was definitely last night -- around 20:10.

I'd been visiting my grandfather in PAH -- graunched a load of speedbumps round the site as well
