You dont seem to be changing gear as much if you are in 5th and boot it , the pickup is pretty good ,i need to drive it more to compare with previous driving, the rollers should help.

I've been advised not to boot it too much in 5th, cause 5 gear is surposed to be a bit weak...... But it's so hard not too as there s plenty of torque on hand under my right foot.

Have you had your gearbox up rated or is it standard still ?

I still have the standard gearbox its a bit crunchy going into 5th , thats the weak link apparantley.

Perhaps, perhaps not. I spent the morning at Zolder with a self imposed 4k redline because of the stringent noise regs. I still had a loads of fun, despite being Capt Slow.

It definitely helps teach a different, smoother, more compliant driving style.
