Driver Window Problem

On my Tamora recently had a few problems with the electric windows, firstly the passenger window only goes halfway down then stops? seems as though its stuck.....The driver window has also developed a problem, the fuse keeps blowing, I have changed it 3 times but keeps blowing.....any ideas what could be causing this? Do the windows move slowly, or much slower than they used too ? Could be causing overload on the electrical circuit ? Door card off and use silicone spray on the guide rails, which get very sticky for some reason.

The windows do go up and down at normal speed, the driver side works fine until i turn the engine on, then the fuse blows, i guess i'll have to get the door cards off and check
