I need to get two power leads to the grill area on the car, problem is the wings seem to be closed from the passanger compartment does anyone know of an easy way of getting cables through or is it possible to use part of the loom that is not used? I have about 4 connector blocks with nothing pluged in them?

Cheers

Please don't give DustyC anymore ammunition against us Chim owners.....or maybe it's some newly fangled electrically actuated mini grille mounted machine guns to take out enemy grifters !!

Quick nail varnish dryer?

I wasn't gonna say a word but was provoked!

How about following where the wires all currently come through and just poke extra wires through the same hole.

The easiest way to do this is to poke one through first and use itas a draw wire. Tape the others to it (at intervals if there are lots) and then pull the draw wire through.

Its kinda obvious what it is you are doing though since the battery is in the footwell so you are either filming or preventing yourself being filmed!
Nice one, which ever way!

Getting warmer!!!!!!!

I've tried pulling cables but they keep getting stuck in the wing.
Going to see if I can track some off the unused ones at the front of the car.

2 blue flashing lights behind the grill would be fun if a little bit naughty

Are you fitting a flashing bulb behind a big red nose you can attach to your grill for red nose day?

Is it constructed from a empty cornflakes packet and a roll of stickyback plastic?...and rememeber...if you are using scissors...make sure you get an adult to help you !!

White high output strobe lights would fairly dazzle and confuse the and make the chim appear to move in a strange staggered fashion, late eighties breakdancing stylie...

So Dave P, what is it? Please share it with the rest of us!
Since it's for the Canonball Winter run I suspect that it is for electronically activated front mounted skis!

There are only a few things that require power to the front of the car and they fall into two categories - EM emitters (fog lights, driving lights, laser diffusers / jammers, etc.) or EM receivers (camera, radar detector, laser detector, etc.)

Can't think of anything else that would need power, so it has to be one of those.

Unless it is a remote-operated motor-driven water squirter system for spraying pedestrians, of course.

Or, to be really boring, a headlamp washer kit. But that wouldn't be especially Top Secret.

My idea has been blown out of the water..I was thinking spot lights! but Dave 500 said
"It's one of are toys for the Cannonball Run" which I think it's something they are all fitting for amusement to get them noticed rather than something that is electronic which will help them!

Am I right?
