Finding an insurance company.

I have a reg number but I need to find out who the car is insured by, how do I do this?

Theres no accident so no need to contact my insurance.

No easy way to do this without going through the authorities. All you can do is check if it's insured or not.

Its not my car, the other car owner is committing fraud and no the police won't be interested.
