Wine/Cocktail Tasting recommendations

I might be organising a work night out sometime soon in or around the City of London and thought a wine or cocktail-tasting night might go down well.
Any recommendations? I've been in touch with Vinopolis and Bedales to see what they can do, but always keen to hear other ideas. Although the budget will be relatively low (I'm not sure my colleagues would really appreciate the difference between the '64 and '67 Montrachet anyway), I think we should be able to stretch to an illuminating - or at least inebriating - couple of hours

I was very impressed by one I did last year at one of the big hotels but I'm struggling for the name. I know their barman's business card is on my desk at home so I'll post it up as soon as I get in.
