For reasons I can't go into I have been given 2 shallow 2" dents in my wing on the outside edge. They are shallow and not sharp, the paint is intact.
I have tried the hair dryer and air duster trick without any movement. Can't get at the inside as the wing liner is in the way and would need a thin bent rod to get from the engine bay.

Anyone got any tips please? sure it would be a 10 min job at a body shop.

Thanks for any advice.

Unfortunately the shallow dents can be the worst for you and I to have a crack at getting out, because they make the metal that tiny bit more rigid.

Any more than £35 to have a dent guy round your house would be too much money.

Thanks fella, the area is to small. The lip the dents are on is only 2 1/2" deep so not enough room to fit a suction tool or plunger.

ok, cheers guys. Will get an estimate next week.

I just had f1dents remove 6 or so dents from a car I just bought. I was amazed at the results, because a couple of the dents were really bad. I think they only cover North London and surrounding areas.

If you're feeling cheap you could try one of these:

Or you could try a small washing up brush with a sucky end - we have one at home from Ikea.

I was feeling cheap and bought a Ding King to remove a cricket ball dent from my old E36 wing. It did a pretty good job although it took multiple goes and it wasn't the "ping, oh look the dent's popped out" that I'd hoped, more like a keep pulling different parts of the dent until it has mostly gone. Certainly didn't make the dent disappear but you had to look to see it once I'd finished.

Dent Wizard type people are probably better if the car is pretty mint.

just pay a pdr guy, will be cheaper in the long run as you may well make it worse

Have you considered the ease & low cost of putting two matching dents in the other wing?
