Crankshaft Sensor???

Hi all, Cerb has no fuel or spark when cranking, (fuel pump works ok,when live fed) Andy (APM) reckons could be crank sensor or ecu fault, any other thoughts?

Andy probably knows as much about the AJP engine as everyone else on here put together. Go with his suggestions.

The good thing about that suggestion is that it's a £20 part and it's not too difficult to change (best access is from underneath).

Mine had this but it wasn't the sensor at all, it was the wire from the ECU to the sensor had broken down behind the engine. Just one to check before shelling out on a sensor... It feeds directly to the ECU

I'm going to change the sensor anyway(as i've bought it),so fingers crossed and thanks for the replies.
