Online advice sites

Hi, everyone seems to have a favourite site on the net for posting pictures / getting inspiration from other photographers, can I suggest we start sharing (or rather, can I get some from yourselves ).

I'll start with www.fredmiranda.com - the forums are extensive and have hundreds of example images to look at (including two of mine )

I'd been using the "laborious" way mentioned (method 1), but bugger me if the 2nd method doesn't work a treat and 1000 times quicker (layer mask method). Figure that out for yourself in PS! I think not.
