I thought it would be a nice game for the weekend, to let you all guess what it is.
Okay then to make it a bit easier. ( I will give the full answer this evening )

It is an Italian car which production started in 1998 and stopped in 2005. They also don't make this engine any more.

So do you have any details of the build? How did you sort the gearbox, engine mounts etc.
