Battery drain on V8 Vantage

Been having problems with my battery draining,on my Vantage v8 2006 30 k miles. At first thought it was the battery itself however after having it checked and then fully charged whilst off the car, contacted Bridge mill motors and was told it was common fault to do with door module not sleeping and draining very quickly, it is with them now and hopefully will be repaired this week has anyone heard of or had this problem?.

There are quiet a few AM service bulletins on this problems with the more recent models, even with the 'Original' Vanquish. I'm sure Bridge Mill will be onto them.

If you've got a multimeter, you can test the current drain. Should be just a few milliamps. If not you can pull fuses to see which circuit is causing the drain. Will help you localise the problem.
