Couple of trim problems

Couple of things:
1. I noticed that the seat belt holder loop had come apart. The magnetic bit has obviously at some point been ripped out of the leather, and an attempt made by the DPO to glue it back in. With mediocre results.
It looks like it might be an impossible job to replace this strap without damaging the seat.
Anyone have any experience of this? Any ideas? Might have to resort to the glue, also.
2. I noticed the same day that the rubber door seal is damaged. It's a thing bit of rubber that the roof slots into and it has evidently been worn away by the window glass. I think this might be a warranty job. Any thoughts?

The seat belt guide is a replaceable unit, the metal assembly where it attaches to the seat bolster unscrews somehow.
The door seals should be replaced under warranty. I had the same problem on the driver's side of mine and Lancaster Reading replaced both sides under the manufacturer's warranty without question.

Great, thanks for that. I'll get them to replace the door rubbers under warranty when it goes in for a service. It'll be the last service under manufacturer's warranty, so anything that needs fixing I need to find soon!
I'll have a look in the manual to see if there's a way to unscrew the strap. That would be ideal to replace it entirely.

I had a closer look and the the stitching that you can see in the photo is stitching the strap to the seat. So it's definitely not coming off. Now where is my tube of neoprene? I see what you mean, couldn't look at mine earlier and was going off the parts catalogue. You would have to order the strap and then get an upholsterer to remove the old one and replace it , probably a simple job for someone who knows what they are doing.
Neoprene does seem like the easy alternative.
