so the other half had some caci treatment a few weeks ago ( I hadnt heard of it either )and have to admit she looks better for it - apparently its just some funky machine no needles etc.
question is would you ever have something like that? seems a quick win but v gay! or does the fact its done with a cool gadget ( http://www.thelondonfaceandskinclinic.com/body.htm... ) make up for the gayness!
or would u have botox/fillers etc or is engine oil smeared on enough?!

king too handsome to improve! So no! I'd use my money on other things like sweeties and make-up!Beyond teeth whitening and laser eye surgery, not a chance. It's amazing how many basic cosmetic surgery procedures go wrong - just look at the comments on the article below - one woman landed up with no breasts after enlargement surgery!

In my mind, if someone looks after themselves, eats well and exercises regularly, they're probably pretty much perfect anyway!

I've never understood this. As a man I expect to lose my hair. In much the same way I expect to have a penis and testicles. It's is what should happen. Shirly to not lose ones hair feels like being a bit...confused. It's as if some blokes want a smooth area rather than a mans genitals.
Man = Penis, hairy body, bald head
Woman = Vagina, breasts, virtually hairless body, hair on head
TS = Any combination of the above

When I was younger, and it was very evident what was happening but not fully 'happening' (if that makes sense) I was of the same opinion. Mates were buying hair re-growth stuff, or trying whatever, and it never made any sense to me. Just let it happen, who cares...
Fast forward 9 years and you're not just losing a hair line, but it's thinning too!
In yourself, this isnt much of an issue. As you say, it's just something that happens. No big deal. But then as the years advance, you meet new people, through work of whatever and you're faced with daily wind ups, 'clever' comments, and general putdowns all based around the same theme.
But you do get bored of the daily idiot. And some women dont like it. And that's when you start to think if someone offered a magic pill, I'd take it without thhinking twice.
All the above might sound terribly dramatic - it's not, really. I'm happy and comfortable in myself and it's not that big a deal, to me at least.

Well get shot of it. If you have a No1 or No2, you're hair is no longer thinning because its just short. Costs me a fiver once a month. People only comment on baldness when the person concerned is trying hard not to look bald. 
I have a mole on my chest that I would like to get removed. Not for cosmetic reasons though, I don't really care about it, but it bleeds sometimes if I get punched or hit in the chest while practicing martial arts and is pretty painful for a while afterwards. In fact, this thread has just reminded me to go to the doctor. Thanks!
In answer to the OP, the problem is that everything short of actual surgery in the 'beauty treatment industry' is completely unregulated.
Any idiot can offer laser facials, tooth whitening and Botox, and frequently they do. A Harley Street address guarantees nothing except a hefty bill.
Would I even consider any of the above unless performed by a qualified doctor or dentist? Hell, no.
I'll admit to having had Botox, but performed by a qualified doctor with many years experience. Rather than being 'dead from the nose up', the results are so natural you'd never know I'd had it.
As for those wimmins who go abroad for cosmetic surgery and end up mutilated, I think they only have their own stupidity to blame.
The market for skilled cosmetic surgeons is worldwide: any surgeon worth his/her salt will be practising in places like London and New York - not operating from a back street in Bratislava.
There should also be a lengthy waiting list to see a good one.
