Whats with the M*x P***r bean can exhausts?

Do they serve any useful purpose, or are they purely aesthetic?

I think I'd prefer constant diameter pipes (mental note: must make sure I specify that when I order ).

Agreed, those exhausts look damned silly.

Apart from that though 'whattacar!'

Any idea what the Tuscan R will be doing at Le Mans. I'd love to see (and hear) it in action.

It looks fabulous in real life. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Looks a lot cleaner without the rear spoiler - I suppose though that if not having one means trying to be an aeroplane then it'll have to go back on

This is one of the SWEETEST cars I have ever seen! I can't wait to read about the performace. Hopefully it's supercar quick in every way.

Sure it's not quite perfect aesthetically in some ways. But who else is making cars anything like THIS! WOW! A true object of desire. <(:P

the more I look at this car, the more I forgive it for being the "ugly" tuscan. It's starting to look good, but it'll never be as fab as the std shape car. I love the interior though... very logical and original, in a typically TVR way. wish I could buy one.

It's certainly starting to grow on me. As regards the original Tuscan shape that's not perfect either IMHO. I much prefer the 'R' front light setup (they're not stacked directly on top of each other) and of course the cheese grator grill has gone as well (which was never a favorite feature of the original shape).

I haven't seen it in the flesh yet but the more I study the photos the more I see it doesn't share any panels with the standard car, even the front wings appear to swoop up and down again over the front wheels and have a distinct crease line along the top of them. The windscreen looks to have much more rake as well.

The interior looks great, better than the original IMHO and I noticed they've even changed the pedals, they're now curved instead of flat pieces of alloy.

The one thing that does look odd is the standard Tuscan spider wheels, they need to be at least 20" diameter!

It stated in Autocar that the exhausts are temporary and wont flare like they do so no more Max Power references please!

I saw it on the Motorway while on the way to see my beast at TVR! Looks stunning and certainly has loads of road presence.

It will be interesting to see where they put the radio but I guess it will be on a stalk sticking out toward the driver.

I think 19" wheels will do it a lot of favours but the unsprung weight will probably spoil the handling.

Yep, Mr *** piss has definetly had his hands on that *******. Does look a bit odd. I do feel it is going to grow on me though, just as the Tamora did.
But, thank God(or Satan!) TVR still have the b*ll**ks to make cars that look like that.
Nice one PH

According to this month's EVO it'll ride on 19" front and 20" rears.

Did PW's dog use a shotgun to redesign those tail lights ?
They're awful. Why change them from the original - those lights were mean !
