Recommendations needed- Tuscany in August

Hi, looking for some recommendations for a 7 - 10 night holiday somewhere near Florence for this August. We don't have an unlimited budget though so not top prices! Hotel with a pool would be good!

What about a Villa with a pool? I stayed in a James' villa last April and loved it, plenty of choice in them there hills...
