93 Rear Disks and pads

Does anyone know if these will be alright for the rear's on my 93?

They fit 6 months ago I could have given you a set of 1000 mile Mintex pads & discs for your car FOC offered them to a guy on here for £20 quid but he fked me about so I threw them out when I moved biz premises

Argh, bugger. Well i'll just slap those ones on then. I think at that price you can't really go wrong. Will see what they're like, and if rubbish i'll find something else.

Will definitely be better than the grinding i've just had start....aaaaah, the sound of metal on metal. Not good !!

Know of anywhere for decent callipers ?

If you want to collect from Milton Keynes I have a brand new set of solid rear discs (no pads) which are free to any TVR owner who wants them?

I thought the early rear discs were solid and 240mm discs thats why i uprated mine to the later Chimaera spec ,did not cost me alot ..

No, the rears are 253mm solids on the early cars Daz and if the guy uprates to the later vented 273mm rears he will certainly overwhelm the 240mm fronts keep it simple for the guy

I like the sounds of keeping it simple i must admit ! They're solid on the back that's for certain. I may well have to take you up on that offer to come and grab the one's from MK Mark. Not sure when i'm going to be able to get there though, don't think it'll be this weekend.

Nosh, cuppa sounds great if i come to get them, and i should have all the carpets done by then !

Mark I'll PM you once i know what i'm doing.
