I've had my V spec about 6 months now and at the weekend finally got time to give it a little spruce up. Engine bay and interior haven't been touched yet.
A few changes since I last posted. 25mm hubcentric spacers were fitted along with a dual exit exhaust. I have an emb sitting in the cupboard to wire in. Not sure if I'm going to go for a bike car set up or fi yet. Either way it should make use of the 1.8 flywheel and beefy clutch that were fitted when my mate had this as fi running a shade over 200bhp.
Going to go for a cut-out rear bumper as there's a grotty hole from one of those nasty square fogs everyone fits when they're imported.
Oh and I'll need some new wing mirrors. You'll see why below.

Nice. Is that the MX5Parts duel exhaust? If so, is it very loud? I'm thinking of getting one myself, but the reviews on their web-site are a bit mixed regarding volume level.
Cheers.I think it is. I swapped with a mate so can find out. It is pretty loud. Was a lot louder on his s/c mk1 than on mine. It's not too bad at a level speed, but is very loud when accelerating hard.
