I have an 'old' 52 plate Audi A4 and take it annually to my Audi main dealer for service and MOT.
I took it there today and they did a semi decent job of it all. Long life major service, air con service and MOT all for £398.

They also kindly washed my car. However, it seems that they have taken all the paint off the front bumper. I suspect that they have used the pressure washers on it and blown the paint clean off the car.

Where do I stand with something like this? I know that there were some stone chips on the bumper, but the paint wasn't this bad.

Phone the manager and ask for a paint repair.

A good reason to ALWAYS give a car a quick walk round on the premises of a garage before leaving, however reputable or trusted.

Just a little bit OTT to say "they have taken ALL the paint"..... but they should fix it for you as long as you can prove the paint was there and sound befor hand
