I need 2 cars repairing, one has a large dent on a door and the other a scratch deep enough to be caught with a finger nail. Due to the circumstances it would be beneficial to have the repairs done to a high quality and on the first attempt!

I've looked at Chips away but I understand they are a franchise so the levels of quality may vary substantially.

Any recommendations for any company preferabily near Leeds?

Cheers

Thanks very much! I take it he's done work for you before? One of the cars in question is a Nissan GTR so its good to hear your trusting him with your Ferrari smile

He's done some bits before on it, yes. Very good and reasonably priced. Perfectionist.

He's going to paint my staircase too, but that's another story.

Called him, unfortunately he doesn't cover Pudsey and this would be the easiest place to have the cars repaired.

Can anybody else be recommended?

Also, what are the rough costs to having the damage repaired? I've never had it done before and I could be miles off but I was expecting ~£250 for the scratch and dent

If you do a search in this forum you'll find that this topic has come up before where people have recommended places. I've had filler and paint done at my house by Kiwicolour and was happy with his work. I would use again. He's really only a scratch repair guy but if you talk nicely to him he'll do filler and paint, and he is good at it. If he asks who told you that just say it was the guy with the bluey silver Astravan with tailgate damage from a scaffy pole, he'll know who you mean. spin If you send him a mail to the address on his website and include links to pics of the damage you want fixing he'll quote you when he replies.
