For the first time i went to the st saturnin British welcome. (after 10yrs)

Great event, can't believe I haven't done it earlier.

Really well organised and a fantastic mix of cars.

Regular feature I think from now on.

Well at least it meant it didn't break down, unlike those bloody unreliable TVRs...

I saw a Broken down TVR, gave a toot, dropped the beast down two gears and floored it

My TVR didn't miss a beat, superb all trip. Saw plenty of them had made it back to Calais yesterday too.

There was one Chim that broke down at camp and departed on the back of a lorry Sunday. Sad to see.

Well, in our group it was the Lexus and BMW that came home on trailers. None of the Lotus, T350 and Tuscan missed a beat. Happy times.

Oh and just to put paid to "statistical anomalies" - last year we broke a 5 series on the way down. Just north of Rouen appears to be a BMW blackspot
