A long shot chaps, but anyone recognise this car?

Risky enough finding a good cerbera when you have a choice of 20 or more (on PH at the moment).... but when there are only a handful in the coutry and one or two for sale max?? Just to make life more interesting its a couple of thousand miles away, so inspection is a plane flight. Anyone please?
