I know I'm going to get a few people frowning at this but on the Friday we headed out and past Karting Nord area. Plenty of burnouts going on in the area but I was wondering if anyone on here saw us? We were in a dark coloured E39 BMW M5, and I was sat in the passenger seat dressed Toni the Tiger. Would be very grateful of any pictures/video that anyone may have taken of our efforts.

I must add before our ludicrous behaviour gets condoned that the driver is an extremely talented drifter and does this for a hobby with a range of drift cars he has so it was very well controlled....

We called it day after the Police appeared through the smoke on three motorbikes and it cost us €90. Fair cop.

I'm not sure why it should be criticised. The only people at potential risk of harm would be the people at the side of the road fully expecting and wanting to see it! Provided it wasn't done whilst cars are queing on the other side of the road, but in my experience it never is. Walked down the road from Porsche curves up to main entrance on friday and it was policed the whole way so there was no shenanigans going on at all and I thought that was a bit of a shame, everyone was still lined up hoping it would happen!

I agree, although I appreciate many don't see it in the same way. We always made sure to have a clear road on both sides. The crowd were certainly pleased anyway!

Am I looking for a needle in a haystack? Its unfortunate that the guy in the back of the car thought he was videoing when he wasn't...

BUMP

Still keen to find out if anyone has anything what with Le Mans 2013 on the horizon? Especially as it cost us €90 after the police caught up with us through the smoke....

I was there, it was certainly a good burnout, I'll check my mate may have pictures. Whilst that was a good burnout it wasn't as good as the Segway crash! Did anyone see the old chap go flying off his Segway and hit a van.....a crowd pleaser.

I saw the Segway crash. He was getting harassed abit. I couldn't work out his game. It's like he wanted to help out a team or something, so they gave him a few things to move. He came past our pitch on Karting Nord (located on the road, Those Chaps!) about ten times with ten different things. Would have been quicker to just have used a van or car!

I thought I had an M5 vid as I remember it. One of our team must have. I have a M% in a Grey colour mid burnout.

I'm in the video, you're videoing our camp in the background and music playing.

It would appear that I even spoke to the bloke after he got back up again! My memory deserts me.

Rutlandracing, likewise if you have anything, it would be really appreciated! Disappointed I missed the segway slam though!

Dredgey, my mate (1PMA) put the video up....not sure your burnout is in it! Main focus is the Segway pile up...which was priceless. After god knows how many st french lagers, I did nearly piss myself laughing.....

Cheers Rutland. I did have a look at the link but you're right, no M5. The Segway man made up for it though!!
