Tax Return - Professional help

Can anyone recommend a financial adviser who can help with a personal tax return in the South Bucks area?
I'm based near Beaconsfield, so somewhere near here would be great.

Any idea how much assistance with a tax return will cost?

Despite me being PAYE, I just filled in the on-line tax information I have on the HMRC website and it says I still owe over £3.5k !
Last year it was approx £1.5k... something must be amiss !
