O/T
The last time I was at the Highland Show was 1978. I remember being somewhat disgruntled at having to pay £2 to park my Hillman Imp in a bog then pay for the privilige of walking about in the rain with my girlfriend, whose bright idea this was to attend. I have since forgiven the fragrant Mrs T ! biglaugh

Good job Tony didnt go this year then! £8 to park the car after a 2 hour wait and £25 to get in but to be honest you do get a good days entertainment if you compare it to £25 for a footie match!

I guess that's the Highland Show, there's no charge for either parking or entry at any of our fine Edinthings!

Unless the Edinlush makes a late night excursion to a club (then there is an entry fee) but that hasnt happened in a couple of years so yes entry is free.
