Rust...

Small amount of rust above the wheel arch of my 996 - about 4mm x 2mm at a very maximum - can only be spotted if pointed out as it really is very minor.

Is it worth spending the money to sort now or given I'm selling next year is it better off doing it then?

I'd like to do it next year but concerned that I don't want the rust to get a hold...not sure how aggressive rust is in spreading?

Any views?

Personally, I keep up with any damage on my car. Got to do it anyway, may as well keep it looking nice ,

I had small patches of rust on my old SLK the problem was it was actually quite a bit worse than it looked once I started poking about. Ended up spending more than I first expected to sort it out.
