Sat at my OHs bedroom window watching people try to pass the ignoramus blocking the only route in / out of her road by their selfish & ignorant parking. At least 3 separate people have tried calling NE 101 number including a Police civilian employee, with no luck. The problem is people can't leave to do what they need to do & they are blaring their horns & door knocking doors which is waking people & their kids grrrr.

Looks like Plod must have moved it, don't know how but it had shifted forwards 2-3 feet which was enough for cars to get through. It was squeezed up tight behind my OHs car, I was tempted to block the ignorant fker in with my car but couldn't be arsed!

Couldn't believe that PNC was down though, it's never been down when I've been pulled!
