I'd like to get a new smallish tank, 40 litres or so, but somewhat shorter & wider than the items I see in the shops. Anyone know if such tanks exist?

Like a fluvel Edge?

Edit: Thats a 23L in the pic, but I know you can get 4http://pistonheads.com/xforums/post.asp?h=0&f=208&t=1163970&r=22067602&m=editReply&mid=179444#0. Obviously the size of the tank dictates how many and what fish you can have. All the smaller ones are good for is maybe some Neon's, AD Frogs, or one territorial fish such as a Siamese fighter.

Hope this helps.

Not really - what I've got in mind is a regular looking tank (plain shape, black lide), just with tweekend dimensions.

So, like this:

but instead of it being a 4 foot tank, it's 2 foot.
