I'd guess you'd want to Dodge commercial van/pick-up to get the cheapest V10.

A ropey old XJ-S - depending on the state of it, might be a V9 or a V7 or any number of functioning cylinders, fewer than 12...

That's impressive. Well, will have to have a Viper one day then. V12s are much easier.
