just been hit by a bus.. what is the process?

Just been hit by a bus in parliament square, i was stationary and it just drove into me as the lights turned green.. the thing crushed my front drivers corner will need new bumper, light cluster, front wing, wheel arch liners and an alloy refurb. bds..

they admitted responsibility, i got their details, took photos and got the details of the cabby behind who saw it all.

what do i do now? i really don't know.... i need a car this weekend so do i call someone like anniesdad first? or call my insurance first?

Well the usual process following being hit by a bus is death.

It sld be pretty cut and dry if they have admitted liability. Call your insurer and get the claim registered would be my first instinct

Phone your insurer first... If you have courtesy cars included on your policy, then they'll arrange that for you.
